THE STORY.

A father's love, a daughter's legacy, and the authentic taste of Lebanon.

A father's love. A daughter's legacy. The best Lebanese food in Laos.

On 14 May 2018, Chef Raafat opened Lolita Lebanese Kitchen in Vientiane, Laos — naming it after his daughter, whose name means “the flower of life” in Arabic. What started as one man's mission to bring authentic Lebanese flavours to Southeast Asia has grown into Laos' most beloved Lebanese restaurant, with locations in both Vientiane and Vang Vieng.

If you're searching for the best Lebanese food in Laos, you've found it.

Chef Raafat trained for two years at the 5-star Mira Amin Palace Hotel in Lebanon, and carries recipes passed down by his mother — ensuring every dish served at Lolita Lebanese Kitchen tastes exactly as it should: real, fresh, and made with heart.

Our menu features Laos' best kabab, authentic shawarma, creamy hummus, fattoush, and our world-famous heart-shaped falafel — a signature that no other Lebanese restaurant in Laos can claim. Every item is prepared from scratch daily, grilled over fire, and served with love.

Whether you're in Vientiane or Vang Vieng, Lolita Lebanese Kitchen is your destination for authentic Middle Eastern food in Laos. Tourists, expats, and locals alike agree — this is Lebanese food like you've never tasted in Laos before.

Dine in, take away, or order direct. Come hungry. Leave with a heart.

Collect 7 hearts and receive a handmade gift and a free plate — our way of saying thank you for being part of our story.

With love,

The Craft

Heritage & Training

I'm gonna make her name LOLITA shine everywhere... and make her a new lovely story... different than the old story...

I will teach her how to cook real Lebanese food... the same way I cook it from my heart with Lolita's love too... for you... and you too...

I studied business first, but my heart led me to the kitchen. I trained for 2 years at the 5-star "Mira Amin Palace Hotel" in Lebanon under a master chef who taught the world through books and TV.

But the deepest lessons came from my mother. I watched her cook with passion for everyone who entered our home. She wrote special recipes for me so I would never be far from the taste of Lebanon, no matter where I traveled.

I traveled to many countries and lived alone... but whatever I do, I love to cook my Lebanese food home.

Chapter 3

The Legacy

From Muscat to Vientiane

After years working in huge kitchens in Muscat and Oman, I came to Laos to begin my story with my daughter. When I first held her in my arms, I knew I would create something special for her.

I decided to open a Lebanese kitchen for her. We started in Vientiane, and now we welcome you to our homes in Vientiane and Vang Vieng, sharing authentic kabab, shawarma, and the best falafel ever made.

The 7 Hearts Tradition

Please write us a note to Lolita before you leave... we will give you a heart to keep. When you have 7 hearts, we will give you a special handmade gift and a free plate.

With love ♡
